Brush with oil and set aside.3)Rinse your spinach and leave a little water on the leaves. On the grill, melt butter in a sautee pan and toss in garlic- let cook until fragrant. Top each burger with one of the eggs, and close the grill.Now here’s where it gets tricky!Inevitably, the eggs will over-cook- eggs have to be runny to be “gourmet”, after all!
